The journey of psychotherapy

is a life-changing decision to help find and support a more positive and meaningful life experience.

Understanding Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a journey. It is a process of setting goals and attaining goals that can be maintained to support a more positive, meaningful life experience.

Healing & Growth

Whether you come to me with intense issues of depression, fear, and pain or need support coping with life’s impending stressors, I will strive to use my vast knowledge of clinical care with a warm, engaging collaborative approach to promote healing and personal growth.

Treatment Goals

If you are an adult in individual therapy, a parent or other caregiver, you will be treated with respect and integrity in a warm, nurturing private office setting. Treatment goals are established and a commitment to meet those needs are attained.

Treatment Approach

Ongoing communication and a collaborative approach helps families learn new ways to communicate and manage behavior problems. Children and teens learn new ways to cope with anger, anxiety, and other emotional problems. Play therapy helps children learn to communicate, express feelings, modify behaviors, develop problem-solving skills, and learn new ways of relating.
